I couldn't agree more. I recently had a horrible customer service experience, from someone who identified himself as the Service Manager. This person was way beyond rude and all he could say was "Sorry, I human and I do make mistakes. That's understandable but when you make a mistake, shouldn't you try to fix it. I was very inconvienced by a very important piece of information that he should have told me. I was very irate over his non-chalant attitude and at one point, I even considered calling the police because he would not release a piece of equipment that I purchased... More...

  • Sprint scams

In February, 2011, I purchased a new HTC Evo phone from Sprint. I have never had 4G service although I pay $10 permonth and Sprint has antennas on the roof my building. At the time, Sprint also knew they were selling a phone with defective charging ports but never told me.I had a problem with this phone in Pittsburgh while traveling for my job as a writer. The staff there refused to do anything to help me. In May, I had the same issue and the woman at Sprint gave me a loaner phone and said the phone was covered under warranty and I would get a new or reconditioned phone, which I did a... More...

I switched from Verizon and ever since I did-I've had trouble (with Sprint). Most recently I was told to add a service to my phone would be $10--I called ahead of time, then went into the store and asked again---the whole time I was told $10. I add the service. Next I find I was charged $20 for the service and will be each month. Contacted customer service, they weren't nice or helpful at all. Just because your associates, branch workers and CS made a mistake does not mean the customer (who has been with you for several years) should be punished!!! When you tell a... More...

I have been a Sprint customer for 7 years. I am considered a Sprint Premier Customer. I recently was offered a new phone that Sprint debuted today (10-0-2010)ahead of the general public because of my Sprint Premier status. When I tried to get this phone I was told by the customer service agent that the phone was not available yet and that I was mistaken about the offer. I took in my written offer to the store to verify the contents and they told me yes, the offer says I could buy the phone. However, they could not sell me the phone because they did not have it. Why did Sprint offer me the... More...
